Looking ahead together

As we step into 2026, we're excited to continue this incredible journey with you. At Seven Beaufort, co-creation is at the start of everything we do: working hand in hand with our clients to bring ideas to life. Here's to another year of collaboration, creativity and shared achievements!

Moving energy innovation forward

This year, we worked closely with you to take real steps in improving the Eneco experience.
We launched the Energy Monitor Premium, which helps customers see their energy use in real time. We also tested new ideas by using quick AI prototypes, customer feedback, and data. One of these ideas was the zonne-voorspeller, which gives customers an easy way to plan when to use their energy. The process was hands-on, fast, and fun to build together.
Overall, it has been a year of trying things out, learning, and creating together.
Thank you for your trust and teamwork. We are excited to continue next year.

Guiding Eneco operations around the world

At the start of the Atlas program, some colleagues heard it ‘donderen in Keulen' when we first mentioned FinOps, MEEP, MECOMS and EDP.
Determined, Julia and An-Katrien joined the program as business transition guides to help the value streams, champions and chapters navigate these changes.
It has been quite a journey - all the way ‘from here tot in Tokyo’ - but the Tokyo Skytree is now in sight.
Along the way, we crossed migration mountains and wide PowerBI plains, but we arrived here together - wiser, stronger, and richer.
Richer in knowledge, in the bonds forged between colleagues, and in a secure and future-proof landscape we can continue to build and expand on.
We would like to thank you for taking on this journey together, and we look forward to what’s yet to come!

From test data to go-live

Since August, I’ve been working at Eneco on the Atlas project. From day one I was thrown straight into the deep end with test data creation, an intense but surprisingly effective way to get to know the new system(s) from the inside out. Along the way, I picked up a slice of test coordination as well, supporting specific processes in the final stretch towards the mid-January go-live. That role comes with its own daily balancing act: navigating between business and IT, almost like a tightrope walker trying to keep test scenarios, deadlines and expectations aligned. Before joining Eneco, I spent my time working on a benchmark of web portals and apps within the energy sector, a study we also presented to Eneco’s innovation team. It sparked a lively discussion around functionalities, user expectations and future opportunities within the sector. All in all, the past months have been a steep but very rewarding learning curve, and I’m genuinely grateful for the chance to jump in, contribute and learn so much in such a short time. Excited to see what comes next!
