Reflecting on this past year, we're inspired by the work we have done together. Thank you for your trust and partnership, we're excited for all the opportunities and projects the new year will bring!

This year, we helped ING deliver even more value to its customers. We grew ING+ Deals to 82.000 active users and gave 1.5 milion euros in cashbacks, launched countless campaigns to get customers to bring their income to ING, and contributed to the very first version of ING’s new loyalty program.
In 2026, we’re excited to go even further, continuing to boost engagement and build meaningful, long-term value for customers.

Within the Daily Banking Private Individuals solution stream, we helped to lay the foundations for one of the most exciting evolutions in ING’s service offering for private individuals in recent years, with a planned go-live mid-2026. The focus throughout 2025 was mainly on preparation: making the right choices early to enable a robust, scalable, and customer-centric rollout later.
We took on a product ownership role within the solutioning team, shaping the future design of the sales flows and the subscription manager. In parallel, we prepared the building blocks for a smooth migration of existing customers towards the Packs, defined how ING employees should be set up to confidently guide customers through this transition, and established the basis for a clean and insightful reporting framework to track adoption and impact once live.
The ambition is clear. When looking back at the end of 2026, the objective is to be able to say that the introduction of Packs not only delivered on its promises but also set a new reference point in the Belgian banking market.

In 2025, ING became the first Belgian bank to offer a fully digital flow towards its customers for succession payment requests, simplifying a traditionally complex process, accelerating request handling, and centralizing feedback. This innovation not only improves the customer experience but also frees our loyalty teams to focus on what truly matters: supporting customers through one of life’s most challenging journeys.

Throughout 2025, we have closely supported ING Belgium Business Banking in designing & coordinating the roll-out of its digital roadmap. Together with ING we worked on several key initiatives like improving the digital business onboarding flow, strengthening the merchant services, and creating a clear deposit strategy. With this collaboration we helped ING move towards a more seamless and future-ready digital experience for its business clients. In 2026, we aim to support ING on becoming one of the first Belgian banks to provide a full digital experience for companies in establishment who are opening their first business bank account for their starting capital.

Feature Friday has grown into a steady and widely appreciated staple within ING Belgium. Throughout the preparations of the last session of Feature Friday of 2025, we played a central role in ensuring its smooth and timely delivery. We coordinated the full end-to-end process: defining and prioritising topics, aligning with the different stakeholders, and securing all practical arrangements. By doing so, we made sure everything was in place to step into the studio and record each session without a hitch. As a result, Feature Friday successfully highlighted the latest digital features to ING Belgium’s internal audience, increasing awareness, transparency and engagement across the organisation.

Seven Beaufort contributed significantly to ING’s Customer Data domain by supporting the successful delivery of several strategic priorities. We guided Galacticos, Alpha Echo, and Data Movers, key squads of the Customer Data domain, by facilitating planning and prioritization of critical agenda items. This enabled ING to strengthen and extend synchronization between CSI and OnePam, ensuring continuous alignment with ING’s must-win battles such as Digital Business Onboarding. Finally, we ensured the required support for the New Banking Platform (NBP) project and played an important role in defining the new synchronization mechanism for MADP.

We conducted a CSAT analysis by engaging with clients and asking in-depth questions about various aspects of their business lending experience. This approach enabled us to identify key insights and highlight improvement opportunities for ING to further enhance the lending experience for its business clients.

How do we encourage people to save more? How do we drive adoption and ensure active usage of saving accounts?
We are tackling these questions by grounding our strategy in the latest data. Instead of guessing, we use these insights to design specific product improvements and creative marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.
We have already seen the formula work with ING Save Up, where we tripled the user base in just one year. We are now applying that same approach to fresh money via term deposits, continuously iterating to bring in fresh capital.
Crucially, these results aren't achieved in isolation. We move the needle because we operate as one unit, combining your deep domain knowledge with our execution power to hit these milestones together.

This year, ING took an important step in its digital transformation by enabling self-employed professionals to seamlessly open a ING Professional current account, invest Pro or savings account through local branches and our call centers (CLT). What began as a complex reconstruction of outdated BALI flows to the new IRIS system evolved into a completely redesigned experience. Through close collaboration between business analysts, DCJE’s, solution architects and developers, we defined both the happy and non-happy paths, set-up a tagging plan, build the E2E view, conducted UAT testing and ensured the transition into production.
This achievement not only restores essential capabilities for our customers, but also delivers a more cohesive, efficient, and future-proof onboarding journey, allowing entrepreneurs to focus on growing their businesses, while ING takes care of the rest.
As we step into 2026, we're excited to continue this incredible journey with you. At Seven Beaufort, co-creation is at the start of everything we do: working hand in hand with our clients to bring ideas to life. Here's to another year of collaboration, creativity and shared achievements!
